Amp Live is quickly building the reputation of being one of California's most talented and versatile music producers/DJs. After making a name on the scene with his dreamy soulful beats for the hip hop group Zion I, he has gone on to produce for a range of major and independent artists such as Akon (Warner), Flipsyde (Interscope Records), Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls(Interscope), Tokyo Police Club, MGMT, Linkin Park, Goapele, and Mystic. Most recently Amp Live has garnered critical acclaim for "Rainydayz Remixes," an album for the rock group Radiohead based on their "In Rainbows" LP.


Always experimenting, Amplive has also produced notable rock, dance, electro, mashups, and drum ‘n bass tracks. Amp Live's work can be heard in major video games. A production of his is one of the main themes for the Sony Traxxpad game as well as the popular basketball video game, NBA 2K6 and the newly released 2K10 game. Finally, Amp’s beats have been featured in a number of films, television shows, and commercials, including Nestle's "Wonka Candy-Feed Your Imagination" series, "So You Think You Can Dance," "Dirt" by Courtney Cox, "Friday Night Lights," "Honey," "Big Fat Liar," "Leperchaun 4," "Americas Top Model" by Tyra Banks, ESPN Sports Center, and the "Jamie Kennedy Show."
